Distributor Sales Force (DSF)
The position reports to respective Distributor.
Ensure achievements of secondary sales target by means of personal sales call (as per company training) in the respective distributor's town;
Implement trade offers under the direction of company field force(as per company policy) to generate maximum sales;
Maintain Sales record of company products in the assigned town;
Maintain cordial relations with major traders at wholesale level and retailers in the allocated area i.e. keep visiting them regularly throughout the journey cycle;
Report and handle market complaints to the satisfaction of traders/retailers;
Spend at least six hours in the market for spot selling, merchandizing and order booking on daily basis;
Travel to suburbs of the assigned town for sales development as directed by company sales force;
Participate equally in periodical sales meetings arranged by company field force with regards to sales development in the assigned town; and
Monitor competitor's sales activities and emerging market trends in the assigned town.
