The position reports to COO.
Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction;
Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors;
Prepare Annual Budgeted Forecast for Sales and Marketing Departments;
Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections;
Contribute towards formulation of policy and strategy for company's growth;
Plan and manage internal communications and timely issuance of company circulars for sales and marketing team;
Recruit, manage, train and motivate direct reporting staff according to company's procedures and policy;
Maintain administration and planning systems;
Maintain and develop corporate image and enhance image of company's brands via suitable PR activities;
Advise business and other groups on local, national, and international factors affecting the buying and selling of products and services;
Consult with buying personnel to gain advice regarding the types of products or services expected to be in demand; and
Keep close coordination with other active departments of the company e.g. Finance, Commercial and Production for smooth marketing and sales operations.
