Sales Support Manager
The position reports to GM (S&M).
Hold training classes for all sales team to improve their job efficiency;
Develop training modules with or without the support of outside trainer as permitted by GM (S&M);
Conduct market studies and surveys as and when required by GM (S&M);
Perform as pool sales manager in absence of any zonal sales manager or regional sales manager;
Maintain close independent contact with consumers, trade, wholesale, distributors and company sales force through extensive traveling in all regions assigned by GM (S&M).
Examine sales operations and suggest improvements to GM(S&M);
Focus on weak areas to tap their full potential as and when assigned by GM(S&M);
Analyze distributors contact report (DCRs), daily stock reports (DSRs) and observe market conditions for presentation to management;
Study and monitor monthly sale and stock report (MSSRs);
Monitor proper functioning of Sales Promotion Vans on regular basis to ensure their cost effective performance;
Monitor ongoing barbers' contact activity;
Advise GM(S&M) on continuous basis on weak areas observed during market visits;
Ensure reports on assigned tasks are compiled on management's prescribed formats; and
Respond to problem solving in the market as and when required by GM(S&M).
